ABOUT THE FILM

Earnest, London-born Tony has flown 10,000 miles to visit his ex-boyfriend in rural New Zealand.  He had no way of knowing this trip would change his life forever…

Follow Tony’s journey in TEDDY, the critically-acclaimed story of two men and a bear, which has captured the hearts of audiences around the world.  Now, the award-winning TEDDY is yours to own on DVD!

TEDDY is an emotional film that resonates. It’s a story of hope and despair, joy and regret, denial and acceptance - capped off with an ending that has moved festival-going audiences across the globe.

When Tony’s partner Neil abandoned him for a new start on the other side of the world, he thought his life was over.

Years later, a holiday invitation from Neil arrives: to come and stay in New Zealand with him - and his new partner Phil - releasing a tide of mixed emotions:

What does it mean? Should he go?

Will he measure up to the new man?

Does Neil still love him, and does he want to know the answer to that question?

And what has happened to Teddy?
