Returns/Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 45 days of purchase for a refund, less shipping costs and a $5.00 restocking fee.

Defective product will either be replaced free of charge or a full refund given, in compliance with New Zealand's fair trading laws.

Prices

The prices for products available on the site will not necessarily match prices in other online or retail outlets. The prices on the site are valid only on the site and cannot be matched over the phone or in retail outlets. That means if the site has a promotion, that promotion can only be received on the site and will not be honoured over the phone.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Burning Rope are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
